Simple. I do not believe 95% of women are capable of real friendship with guys, because they aren't willing to be either open minded enough to accept language differences, they refuse to provide suport that any rando guy actually would and they won't lower the social barriers long enough to actually enjoy the company.
Yet, I see this ridiculous line on the social media quite often. And my autistic brain loves the dissonance.

i think a line like that expressed geniuenly does show a good level of misanthropy, they will say things like that but at the same time they have a lot of things to say how guys should be friends at the same time.
my closest brothers i can rely on to punch me in the jaw if need be, i could do something stupid, or be irrational or could prove myself as a hypocrite, and only your closest friends would dare break that barrier of "acquaintance" out of a will for your genuine betterment.
i could say the way women befriend each other is often facetious and insufferable, but what do i know, i just stay in my lane.
i used to be an autistic retard who befriended girls the same way i befriended guys, that was a fucking disaster.
