What series has more confusing storytelling?

@LukeAlmighty I'm not super well versed in either, but dark souls seems more rich while Evangelion is more convoluted.

Nothing holds a candle to kingdom hearts though.

@LukeAlmighty how bad can it be he says xD
Just know that there were 6 games released between 2 and 3 that don't take place in chronological order xD

@LukeAlmighty these two first dudes are completely separate characters but only kind of because the first guy's soul was stuck inside the main character and then he got copied over to the second guy when the main character's soul got separated from him, and then the third guy is also the first guy but evil. they both get combined into the fourth guy.

@LukeAlmighty @beardalaxy 1) NGE has very straightforward storytelling, it's the weird bonus worldbuilding stuff in extra materials that's convoluted
2) Oh dear God you have no idea what you're in for, the series only actually has like four characters and then each of those 4 has 80 clones, time travel futurepast copies, alt universe versions, soul copies, etc

fuckin'

Sora, Roxas, Xion, Yozora, Data Sora, Dream Sora, Ventus, Vanitas, I'm probably forgetting several, but that's the list of characters who are copies of the main character
Strelitzia may or may not also be one

like the final big bad group is just 17 copies of the main villain teaming up
@All_bonesJones @LukeAlmighty @beardalaxy You telling me the only four characters in Kingdom Hearts are Sora, Goofy, Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse?
