Sometimes, I use happy holidays, because I want to with both christmass and new year, since they are literally 1 week apart, and most people connect them by vacation anyway.
Bot now, I have to use Christmas, because these assholes made it into a politicial statement.

That's in fact a huge problem with the culture wars. The facts are so insane, that even the most rational people cannot accept the situation even in a theoretical assumption.
When I say to my dad, that there are women who consider looking at them as rape, he won't be able to understand I'm serious.
If I tell anyone that we need to stup castrating kids, people will intuitively reply with "noone is actually fighting for THAT!!!"
When I say that discrimination against white men should be illegal, most lawyers will laugh with "it already is dummy".
The hardest part of culture wars is to show people that you're not insane.
@LukeAlmighty out of curiosity are they able to do these types of euphemisms and changing of language as efficiently in other languages?
Because presumably certain languages have certain grammatical structures or rules that make it difficult to do so.

Well, it's kinda difficult to compare, since the jews are pushing from the US down.
There are some concepts, that did hit the language barrier. For instance, the "muh gender is not the same thing as sex" shit doesn't connect in here.
On the other hand, as I come from Czech republic, I have seen MANY manipulations on the same level. Literally all political opinions outside of woke empire are labeled as "pro russia" in literally all coverage, and boomers/midwhit academics are eating it up whole.
Or, whenever poeple are talking about the EU, they use the term "europe" instead, so people who even think of "leaving the europe" sound insane, since you cannot possibly leave the europe, right?

So, yes, but it has to be tailored to the culture, language and goals that fitt local demands.
@LukeAlmighty when the first "war on christmas" claims started popping up I thought the people making them were retards (that probably still holds true), however years later I slowly found out just to what lengths some people and corporations in the english speaking world go to avoid saying Merry Christmas
