By the way I know people say they make a lot of progress within the first few weeks that they start to actually care about their health but I have a question is going from

234 lb to 221 lb in a week good progress. Weeks not over yet and I'm shooting for 220 lb.

All I can say is, that at this point, I say : Change is good, not change is bad, and growth is tragic.

And I don't measure beyond these 3 metrics, since getting into good will get really hard after a month.

@Mr_NutterButter But from a chatGPT research, .1kg per day is about the peak sustainable progress. But definitely don't worry about the newbie drops.
