You know I hate to admit it but this socialist is kind of right.
Not all billionaires are created equal.
If we raise taxes high enough for billionaires who do speculative purchasing like those companies who try and buy up a large amount of houses to make them perpetually renters or the ones who buy up farmland we can effectively deport them out of the country.
That would solve a surprising amount of problems politically.
We may be poor but we get those motherfuckers out...

Here's a suggestion. Companies should not be able to own property unless they are actively using it for manufacturing or office space. Individuals can speculate on property if they wish, but companies can't.
@Mr_NutterButter That sounds a lot like Georgism or the Land Value Tax, since you are talking about land specifically.
