Because hypocrisy. The fact that they forbid him from blocking people in the first place is complete bs in my view, but whatever.

They technically banned his private account. POTUS is a government one.
he posted a rant about twitter being anti free speech and section 230 being a spook and he's in the works with other networks but twitter deleted it within minutes.
