Graphic wise, I didn't find StarCraft Remaster to be bad, but I've got no idea if/how they tweaked the game balance. So maybe there's something I'm not aware of.

Making a proper starcraft remake is a 100% super easy and sure cash grab, yet fans had to made it themselves. Then, when I found that Blizzard remastered it horribly 2 times already, I gave up on them
It seems, that making a 3D remake is too big brained move for an average Blizzard manager...
