Has anyone else noticed that Youtube seems to be translating the titles of Korean cat videos?

@alyx they translate all titles to your native system language, not just Korean

I've seen plenty of Japanese videos go untranslated. And considering my system and Youtube are set to English, you'd think Romanian videos get translated too, by your reasoning, but they don't. So whatever is going on, it takes more things into account.
