Accurate description of atheism. You really can't make any other supposition about them other then a disbelief in gods, because as a whole (as a community if you will) they really aren't consistent about anything else. Recent years have made it pretty clear to me that they're not even consistent about opposing religious thinking. They just mostly oppose the religious thinking that they got brought up with.
You even see some flinch and stumble when you point out that they're defending Islam, because on one hand they should hate it for being an Abrahamic religion, but at the same time the woke religion tells them they must defend the muslims. Atheists are as flawed and prone to irrational thinking as anyone else.
As for the libertarian/authoritarian thing, they'll rightly attack the authoritarian imposition of Christianity, but then they fail no notice their own increasing authoritarian imposition on Christians. So any intersection with Libertarians is purely coincidental.
