So far, this combination seems to be... working???

1) cut off all coffee (optional)
2) In the morning, turn on lights, and during the day, make sure to purpusefully expose yourself to real or artificial light several times
3) DO NOT TURN LIGHTS IN THE EVENING. NOT EVEN, WHEN GOING TO THE TOALET.
