@matrix banning expressions of what don't amount to any kind of logical or empirical point but are instead "we should violate your rights" basically amounts to banning someone from saying "I am going to kill you" or "we should collectively come together to kill you".

Rights don't exist anyway. Whatever benefits your people as a whole is overall good.
