@Mr_NutterButter I would say, if you're a first timer, use something like weebly so you can kind of understand terminology and how things are sort of put together. You don't need to pay for anything, and it will be hosted as a website like "yoursite.weebly.com"
Instead of watching videos for learning web dev though, I would use something like w3 schools. They've got free web development tutorials on there that let you tinker around with stuff. Apparently, some say they aren't the greatest resource around but that's devs talking from their perspective of already knowing this stuff. It'll help you at least get the gist of it and has html, CSS, and js tutorials.
