@Jazzy_Butts if you have to look at specific porn to get hard you should probably see a therapist too 
@Jazzy_Butts they might have some drug that can just do it automatically or make it easier worst case. I mean, viagra exists.
@beardalaxy I don't need to but it helps...it might feel weird to concentrate on hot things with some dr watching
