They don't even consider the possibility that, I dunno, maybe most of their players are white guys? Like the implication that white guys playing their game is a bad thing is messed up.

alright so first of all this tweet in the thumbnail doesn't exist, it's SUPER clickbaity. and this exact update that hero hei reads was seriously 2 years ago in a one-off joke. nobody was offended it by it back then because it is pretty funny but now some twatter user gets to it and includes game jewrnalist articles so now everyone is up in arms. nowhere in the update does it mention whiteness or even males. take a look for yourself if you don't believe me: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/1086940/view/2896336186738209915
since the game is in development, they are obviously getting analytics so they can figure out how people play the game in order to focus more on those features. in a perfect world, they'd see that most people are playing generic white guys and either give generic white male humans more customization options to make them look more unique or make some options for other playable races that seem more enticing to make playing those other races worth it.
it's kind of like if you have a game with a bunch of different characters and there is a character practically nobody plays, it's probably best to try and give that character some buffs or some unique aspects to make them more enticing to play. i don't know why anyone is surprised by this and they even say in the update to read the EULA to see what data they're collecting lol.
they're probably just making fun of people for straight up making themselves in a fantasy game where you can be a bunch of different shit and that sort of thing gets thrown around at the d&d table all the time when you've got the one guy who always just plays himself with a different coat of paint and the same exact class; in our case, a barbarian fighter who has played 2 humans and one tiefling with the same personality). he thinks it's pretty funny too but that's the character he likes to play.
on top of that, there are definitely areas where, as a game dev, you want players to explore things and try to break them so you can fix them and maybe address things you didn't even think about. how can a dev do that if not enough people are actually using the stuff they added to the game? it's not just about female characters or black characters, it's about different races entirely like tieflings/gnomes/halflings/elves/etc.
and btw "default vault dweller" isn't some generated gamer slur or whatever, it literally just means the default character when you play fallout. it's always a white dude with short brown hair which is exactly like the average created character in bg3.

That said, things have gotten so bad now that is it really that farfetched an idea that game devs would berate their players for picking the White guy? It isn't.
The problem I have with this is that outrage merchants like Hero Hei here is clearly playing on Whites' legitimate grievances and anger in order to generate views and make money off of White ppl's justified anger, all the while, leading them down blind alleys that lead to dead ends as they impotently stammer about "muh SJWs", which Hero Hei and all these outrage merchants have no intention of ever trying fix, because that would fuck with their money and also lead them into clashes with the real power of international jewry, i.e. real world action, which these fucks do not want, ever. They WANT ppl floundering in the dark, they WANT their audience to remain midwits who yell about "wokeness" (which is really just jewishness) in their comics and videogames and they WANT them to never find a real answer. It's like running a restaurant where the only meat is rabbit.
What also pisses me off, tho, is that faggots like this also make US look bad in comparison. By plastering that fake screenshot on his thumbnail, he makes actual pro-White, anti-semitic, advocates look like a bunch of idiots and fools who cannot even think two steps ahead of ourselves and will just believe any slop that is plopped down in front of us.
