It's likely impossible they could actually carry a fetus to term, but the mere thought that they would still get off from having female body parts of dead women inside is too vile.

Plus uterus transplants have been successful for a few women and these transplants are temporary and risky. Troons think that they can just take female hormones, get a uterus and embryos and just have babies, they don't understand that the female body is built entirely for the purpose to bare children, every organ and cell in the female body participates in this complex process. Males aren't built for this at all.
