they're like "we think that federal law supersedes state law, so if we find any marijuana even for medicinal use at your house we will kick you out." like, just tell me you don't want marijuana here bitch. don't use federal law as an excuse because we are not in federal jurisdiction.

but another example would be if the federal government banned handguns, and a bunch of states still thought we should be able to have them. then you rent a property in one of those states and they're like "yeah sorry, you can't have handguns if you want to rent here because federal law is more important." it's technically their property so they can choose whoever the fuck gets to stay there and what they can and can't possess, right? like a private business saying they don't want people open carrying in the walmart or whatever. but to use federal law as a cop out is so fucking retarded.
