Explanation for USians: "european" pancakes / crepes, not the thick US ones.
And yes, I know lefse is not a pancake, but it sure looks like one.

@kirenida @thor @Mr_NutterButter that's not super unusual. i mean, we have corn dogs (fried corn bread and hot dog) and it's not super uncommon to use syrup or honey with them. there's a variant that uses sausages too, that seems a bit more breakfast-y. there's also pigs in a blanket, which doesn't use corn bread but just regular old dough.
i looked that up though, it looks pretty tasty.
