Kinda, but I doubt it's based on biology as much as on the sudden change in lifestyle.
Also, I am just tired of people saying, that 18YO people are not smart enough to understand what the results of sex are.
At that point, they are just arguing, that humans are too dumb to ever make decisions. It's the same argument, that made it forbidden for me to read fucking science books, because they were in the adult library for some reason.
