Teardown is a great fun, but there is a reason, why my PC is dying from it.

@LukeAlmighty my roommate is waiting to get vr so he can play it in vr and i'm like..... dude you're gonna' throw up

@beardalaxy
A game, that requires you jumping more then 5m is not a good VR idea.

A game with film grain is even worse.

Good luck :D

@LukeAlmighty my main point was the lag. trying to look around in 20fps causes instant nausea. there's a reason why playstation required devs to make sure their VR games didn't drop below 60fps.

@LukeAlmighty i've got pretty good VR legs, i think i'd do just fine in it. RE7 and Skyrim i've both played with full locomotion.

literally the first time i ever played VR was eve valkyrie xD didn't have any issues there, but trying to play ace combat got me super fucked up going upside down.

one of the first games i tried was actually f-zero GX in first person mode. i swear my heart stopped momentarily on one of the drops, i think on big blue.

@LukeAlmighty @beardalaxy @LukeAlmighty @beardalaxy even in the normal game falling off a roof felt extremely real and unsettling. vr would be awesome
@PapaPole @LukeAlmighty @beardalaxy There's more than a few VR games where you can end up walking off a platform. The reason they don't do this very often is because they don't want to cause motion sickness/serious psychological damage to players; you can imagine how seeing yourself fall off a building hyper-realistically would be traumatic.
