Navi? Do nato employees even know they are the guys with guns and helicopters? Not to mention, that Avatar was literally a movie about a marine traitor.
Fighting the Harconan? Isn't the entire point of the dune, that the leader had to forge humanity in unimaginable tyrany in order to prepare it for the future (I haven't read, but that's what I remember from some videos)
