@LukeAlmighty there are not gonna be any laws that say you can possess/distribute cp, but there are certainly countries where it isn't AGAINST the law. Pretty sure there are some in like the middle east or something, like 3rd world countries where having internet is actually a straight up luxury in the first place. Because of that, they just don't really have any laws on it. That sort of thing.
