@rlier23 @matty it's all ring fit adventure <_<, but squats are squats. I already somehow had nice enough thighs and squats are probably my fav exercise. So

I wonder what I can do to make them more effective now, because sometimes the knees says no after 60+

Your muscles should be the ones that hurt not your joints
@rlier23 @matty My posture seems okay? But it's the up/down repetition that gives my knees in eventually
@coolboymew @matty remember your knees have to be in a 90° angle compared to your ankles
Also keep your back straight
I've done 100+ and never had this issue
For me it was more related to running out of air

@rlier23 @Matty @coolboymew if you have busted your knees, good luck lol. don't push yourself too hard otherwise it'll only make them worse. you need a lot of repetition but in short sets to help rehabilitate them, even if only a little bit.

there's no way i could do 60 squats in a row, my knees are too banged up from bursting bursas and contusions.
