have you guys seen this flux keyboard thing? it looks insanely cool. i'm not too sure how typing would actually feel on it, but i guess it can't be any worse than a laptop keyboard. the ability to display specific things like hotkeys is pretty nice and i like the modular add-ons.
the downside is that it's a whopping $450, definitely a luxury item but still really cool.
@beardalaxy I'd like to see this attempted via DIY someday because there's no way I'm gonna pay that much for a keyboard. It's already expensive to split it in half.

@berkberkman you could maybe do clear keycaps and switches with some sort of pad on the bottom to work with a touch screen display. I feel like in order to DIY this it would end up being only a little less, and it wouldn't look nearly as clean.
