@Mr_NutterButter if you import the third world, you become the third world. it's not that hard to understand. no country can bear the weight of a shit ton of people coming in like that who don't contribute to the systems that help them. as much as it sucks from a humane perspective to turn people away there's a certain point where you can't take anymore. people will talk about this with self-help very often... you know, you can't help everyone and at a certain point you have to think about yourself. but if you apply that to a country, you're a horrible person all of the sudden.
