@beardalaxy I've seen a different set of words starting to be used used that more or less add up to the same thing, something like "Belonging and Inclusiveness"

@beardalaxy I've seen reports about two major companies scaling things back, Microsoft and John Deere. But they still go "we're committed to diversity blah blah." I am guessing things are baked in to the recruiting process + company culture now, so they can just cut the chaff and get rid of the people they hired to create and start the initiatives.
