People who support HRT for children in the same thread with RMS supporters 😭

@anemone I don't really trust psychiatric institutions in general but that combined with the pro-DiY stance seems immoral to me. I'm also against medicating children with anti depressants as well though.

@teratology @anemone I'm against a lot of pharmaceutical stuff in general, especially ones that affect the mind. Let alone giving it to children. I think the main issue comes from drugs and even something like socially transitioning or whatever always being the first thing that is jumped to. It should be, okay, how did we get here? What can we take from that history to help change some things in this person's life to make it better? It feels like a cop out and, from the top at least, it stems from money, not somebody's well being.

My best friend was a pharmacist. Went to years of grueling schooling for it. Then he found out how it all worked behind the scenes and couldn't morally continue.
