Prices at Dollar Tree are once again increasing from $1.25 to $1.50 or $1.75 depending on the item. They are still trying to keep everything that isn't the specifically higher-priced items below $2 but it's likely due to the threat of tariffs that prices are increasing this time.
@beardalaxy Damn that sucks, I know the initial quarter was only a quarter but it really felt like a big jump… I still go in mentally expecting $1 even. Five Below has items at $10 now too it’s annoying. Still you can find cheap oddities at Dollar Tree, the USB cables are good and I found some sketchbooks with surprisingly decent paper
@arc yeah there are things you can get better and cheaper elsewhere, but some things you really can't beat. I still think it's the best place for cards, gift bags, and balloons for sure.
and it's still gonna keep people coming because walmart is gonna look like luxury shopping price wise
