Most men pick up some sort of small job or productive hobby when they retire. Men have a natural desire to create things, it is part of what it means to be a man. Although lazing around for a month or two sounds nice, it does get very old after 3-6 months and the productive urge takes over and you start channeling it into side projects and stuff.

@ceo_of_monoeye_dating @beardalaxy you can tell I do swimming. But of course going to gym would grow much more muscle mass. Swimming makes your shoulders grow as opposed to biceps

Saying good morning, like the group of simps she accumulated. She respond to another one about my hands, being too soft, goes on a rant about me not being manly, I would never say that about her, be so treasonous. But women are allowed to talk a lot of shit about men, and men aren’t allowed to answer back in what would be considered appropriate male responses, without women starting complaining

@ceo_of_monoeye_dating @beardalaxy you swim backwards, butterfly, every type of swimming technique you can do. You have to vary swimming technique so you just don’t grow big shoulders

@beardalaxy @ceo_of_monoeye_dating the point is water provides resistance for every part of your body when moving in it, just focus on moving limbs against natural resistance, start light then light increments until goblin mode. It helps lower back, cardio everything including building muscle

@BasedLunatic @beardalaxy Nah, I've talked pretty openly about what my physical shape is here. I started out very fat and have spent the last year getting into reasonable shape - I am by no means athletic, but I *am* capable of surviving a more difficult workout than most Americans and I put in the effort to become more fit pretty consistently.

My arms are not bigger than that.

@ceo_of_monoeye_dating @beardalaxy well 2 and. Half years ago when I went swimming I just laid in water in complete peace enjoying the ocean, last 2 and half years I started swimming. In the beginning ligthtly, when I saw my shape improved I got very addicted. Just last year I went into overdrive

@Xenophon @BasedLunatic I mean, I work retail. Not exactly the work I would like to be doing if I'm doing work, but I still want to be doing SOMETHING. I'd rather be working events like I used to but there aren't any places like that near me.
