Donkey Kong Bonanza and death stranding 2 got recommended for game of the year you can just feel the soy.
The rest of the nominations make sense to some capacity or were deserved for those two definitely weren't.
After the first week of those games releases I heard nothing about them.

@Mr_NutterButter just because they got nominated doesn't mean they'll win. More of a formality than anything else. Idk about death stranding 2 but DK bananza was a fantastic game, I loved it!
