This game is gonna be an absolute clusterfuck

@matrix
>RX 5700
>1080p 30fps

bro that card is nothing amazing, but it should still do 1080p @ 60.
bet your ass that these fuckers want you to use FSR just to hit 30fps as well
@stefan @matrix Yeah Monster Hunter Wilds was straight up unifinished imo.

also, a ryzen 5 7600 just to hit 60, holy fuck.
if the 3600 and 5600X which are found in gaming rigs everywhere can't do 60fps, this game must run so bad it should be called walking instead
@stefan @matrix At the very least wilds informed you it was going to be FSR/FrameGen slop before you bought it though. This 007 game is probably going to run even worse, but the image in OP has no disclaimer telling you that these configs assume upscaling.

We can hope that means it's without upscaling, but I highly doubt it. That game is going to run as bad as Wilds if not worse.
@matrix @stefan I just checked the game's actual website where the image is from.

And the system requirements announcement starts with a wall of text saying how DLSS and Frame Generation is amazing. And then they dump the specs afterwards.

So I would assume the worst, it's going to run like ass, and it's going to need fake frames to be playable at all.

@quad @stefan @matrix something tells me this game's performance is going to be the least of its problems. it's probably going to be ass gameplay too for some reason.

@beardalaxy @stefan @matrix well that could also be.

i stopped playing most western games ages ago because i feel like most of them have had shit gameplay for ages, so many of them are just generic ass shooters or have a gameplay loop that feels like a chore. and that problem isn't even as new as the performance woes.

but maybe that's just the weeb in me speaking, who knows
