I would buy PC games physically if they still were sold that way, absolutely. I have a disc drive I use with physical movies and CDs. Unfortunately, they aren't, so we kind of just have to deal with it. Though, it does help that Steam is such a great service and there are DECADES of titles we can play on modern systems quite easily. If I could play all the PS3 and PS4 games I bought back in the day on PS6 I would actually be way more inclined to buy the thing. I'd rush to buy it if it had a disc player that could launch PS1 and PS2 discs too. Backwards compatibility is a major thing that helps prop up a digital-only ecosystem.

@beardalaxy Yeah, the key difference between PC and consoles is that you're not just locked to one storefront that will one day shut down on Steam. There will always be one way or another to get games, and on PC there's loads to get.

@beardalaxy I would like to see games distributed via flash drives. There was some LootCrate-like service that gave you an indie game on a flash drive every month but they have long since been shutdown.

I also want to see cereal box games to make a comeback. It would be a great way to get people to try new games.

@xianc78 I used to get edutainment games with my quiznos kids meals lol
