Part 2

Okay after a day my arm actually feels worse because now I can't make my arm straight with out some pain. I've looked online and read some stuff and apparently I may have overdone it and created some micro tears which is causing it.

My question is should I do normal weightlifting and not hammer curls which is what causes until the pains gone or should I wait until it's fully healed or just say fuck it and do normal lifting anyway.

@Mr_NutterButter wait until you have your full motion again and the pain is gone you don't want to fuck yourself up worse. It probably isn't the exercise you did, it's how much you tried to do all at once

@beardalaxy good advice and to be honest it's probably because I never did it before 😭
