I hate these people.

@Will2Power @coded_artist because then he wouldn't be able to afford to buy his third rental property
Call me crazy but I don't think people are actually going through the effort of changing jobs for an extra quarter an hour, or $520 a year before taxes.
@coded_artist These are the kinds of bosses that keep you as a temp worker so they can pay you less and treat you worse, literally never give you a raise, and break every promise they made when they hired you regarding pay and treatment. Then they act surprised young White men don't respect them in return. I despise these pieces of shit like you wouldn't believe.
@coded_artist Maybe people were jumping ship for a .25 cent raise in 1965, when minimum wage was like 1$/hour. This guy is either trying to overblow a point, or really that much stuck in the past.

As for the rest, I don't doubt this jumping ship has more to do with unpaid overtime and all manners of (unpaid) abuse
@coded_artist "Hey boss, I got an offer for a dollar more an hour somewhere else"
LOL GOOD LUCK MILLENIAL
Wait....fucking kids don't wanna work these days

@coded_artist@gameliberty.club What you're supposed to do is say "here's a dollar an hour raise, don't go looking for another job for a year."

@coded_artist Most of my coworkers who leave for other jobs are willing to take pay cuts just to be closer to home, and/or to have less fucking bullshit piled on them for the "same job". Good reasons. What good is more money per hour if it all gets taxed away or goes into alcohol abuse?
@coded_artist That generation did that constantly, what a niggerfaggot for trying to say otherwise.
@coded_artist These are the boomer Mike Rowe types.
They're not real workers and never were.
It's basically a cargo cult of small business owners.
They demand loyalty and give no incentive in return.
Someone left for a dollar more?
Too bad faggot, that's the Capitalist Free Market you say you love so much. It works both ways.
