I'm playing it now.
There are parts that were clearly designed for you to not have a flashlight.
Good ideas on paper, but very poorly implemented.
The flashlight really saved it.
@coded_artist @matrix I haven't played it since I think 2008, and I barely played it back then. MAYBE i could give it another chance if I received enough bribe money
@coded_artist @noyoushutthefuckupdad Which is why the BFG is the bad version. There's a open source reimplementation of the OG version so it's good one modern Windows and other platforms
@matrix @noyoushutthefuckupdad I don't think this game is playable without the flashlight tbh.
