@hideki@zemichi@matrix@thestrongest I once watched a video on Youtube talking about the decline of The Simpsons, and the guy said that most of the original writers dropped from the show for one reason or another right at the time when the show became boring and lost the creativity that made it interesting.
I didn't check around the internet to see if that actually happened, but I believe it. The Simpsons was supposed to be a show more self-contained than South Park, you could turn off your head from politics and social issues and watch it. Lisa was supposed to be a sensible character with insights that everyone could relate to, not someone taking a side in politics regardless of what it is. It's hard to believe the original creators would twist their own work to this point. This is literally something else wearing the skin of The Simpsons.
