I probably won't have any money to buy my brother a present for his birthday, so i will just make a model of his favorite car and give him the model files and some renders and videos.

Ask friends if they have access to 3D printers. You would be surprised just how common they are. I know of 3 I could access with some negotiating.
@LukeAlmighty I'm not sure how common could be here in Mexico but i can always try... it's a good idea to give him also a printed model.
