When someone tells you that NFTs are good because they help artists to be paid for art, and then people try to pass these things as "art"

I admit that I haven't looked too hard, but I've yet to see even a single piece of NFT worthy of the word "art". Certainly those monkey things deserve to be burned in an active volcano, together with the "artist" who made them.

Well, there's at least one good thing about NFTs: they ensure a mechanism for "survival of the fittest" to still exist. Eventually the completely brain dead will lose everything and eventually be excluded from the gene pool.
