"Apex Legends has a nonbinary character who uses ‘they’ pronouns, and that’s more impressive than Overwatch’s two cis white gays, but it’s hardly the pinnacle of what LGBT representation should be."
You can never please them
@matrix Who cares what retards on twitter think anyway, they don’t play games. Or read comic books, or have jobs, or etc etc etc.
I don’t get why they haven’t figured this out yet.
@shebang The companies kinda do plus this is a journo

@matrix I don’t understand any of it. “Queer culture” (I hate the term queer) and all this shit. It really strikes me as dumb kids looking for identity and meaning because they are boring and mediocre people who can’t do that on their own.
@shebang I think it might be just an umbrella term for activities that draws attention to LGBT people.
Yeah, I really dislike the term queer to because it seems that it just means "different" so it's too broad to describe anything.
@matrix Well that’s exactly what it is, these days anyway, since dumb kids decided to “take it back” ( ).
It’s literally anyone, like instead of growing the alphabet list just be “queer”.
But as for a “culture”, that’s the part that loses me. What culture, exactly. The only thing like a culture I’ve seen lately is twitter outrage mobs and sjw whining.
Pff I’m glad I never got involved in any of that shit. Looking what their so called “culture” is doing no one sane would want any part of it.
@matrix
How I understand it, queer culture is just the general subculture associated with LGBT activism. So the different symbols, flags, activism focused "art" (aka propaganda), stuff like that.
@matrix
At least we know what games to avoid.
"Meanwhile, Ellie and Dina (the queer couple) visit a gay bookstore and have no idea what the rainbow flag is, what queer culture is, and the game implies that the LGBT community at large has been completely eradicated."
What the fuck is queer culture?
