I think I seriously jumped the gun here, because there were 3 people in the car and on the overhead footage they didn't plow into them, but slightly slowed down. I think they were just running away from a crime.
@matrix I still think we should ban Assault Cars. This incident is just proof that they kill people even when its an accident!
@matrix You need to be specific. We have a pretty loose definition of terrorism here. In fact This comment is technically an act of terrorism.
