he's on to the game. The people he hired are not to "censor" him but to make sure he gets even more support. I believe he's going to go for political office eventually. He's just warning the board that he can manipulate the public as well as they can and that his following is actually larger. Who the fuck cares about the board anyway, other than his colleagues? He can "psychologize" on his own with no certificate until he dies, he won't run out of clients.

He is hyperbolic, yes, but I think he's projecting an image of power in purpose
