- Out of 8,000+ users I've witnessed about 2 who genuinely hate trans people. There are a number of trans users on the site (transsexuals, mostly) who want more freedom to have the full conversation about gender.
- The discussion happening on Spinster right now is about porn being linked to sex trafficking, which is a horrible reason to hate it.

However, I’m pleased that Alex runs the site (because its funny that a man runs the feminist site) and also that it contains them in a nice little box.

Never been a huge fan of #Spinster as a whole but I've found some nice users from there more recently. A big problem I'd run into would be the user I try to engage with is sexist and hates men; as soon as I replied to their messages, they'd accuse me of "mansplaining" and block me lol...far more people on that instance hate men than hate trans people
But again, that's not everyone, just my initial experience. My experience with the users is a bit better now.
Trans women ARE men. But nobody hates trans people as much as their supporters tell them they do 🤷🏼♀️

I agree on them having this right, even if I disagree with the parents' decision. But there is a HUGE difference between decided to kick their kid out, and destroying the property of the kid--who is an adult btw--and ASSAULTING him or her to boot! I don't see how that's justified, I'm sorry.

your argument seems to be "there are no characteristics determining gender other than body parts. therefore asking someone to use pronouns without matching body parts is denying reality".
this is actually in denial of reality though. I assume people's genders by the way they look, and how they act, not what body parts they have. I don't ask "do you have a vagina" whenever I introduce myself to someone. that's insane. no one does that.

A woman is someone born into the female sex class who survives to adulthood. Born in the female sex class means she has a female reproductive system. Part or parts of it may not function or cease to function. It may not be intact. But a female reproductive system does not include a cock and scrotum. Cock and scrotum are part of your male reproductive system.
