also i think even without the neoliberal shit this game is going to be more or less doa. idk what valve is thinking. the only way this gets any traction at all is because it's valve. hero shooter + moba is combining two of the most hated genres in gaming right now and they're still leaving tf2 in the trash bin.

I do not really play any hero shooters so from my perspective the game has the potential to be fun, but players with more refined palates already heavily criticized the game

there's MLM for men loving men, too; and at least in fandom spaces I know that these acronyms are used to distance themselves from "icky" older terms like yaoi

i've never really liked hero shooters or mobas, but it does seem like they are really polarizing genres and yeah, there's nothing that seems like it draws you in for this game. looks like the vintage section at the thrift shop and everyone has already bought all the cool stuff.
