The sterilization is apparently from the immune system attacking fetuses as the mRNA produces a protein that is similar to HERV, an essential protein for fetal development. So, anything with your DNA that is producing this protein will be attacked by your immune system. This only affects women but we don't know if it affects men yet.

The sterilization isn't too surprising given Bill Gates' obsession with population control. There were scientists like Dr. Yeadon that warned about this but governments chose to ignore this.
