Bitch, that is the single worst thing you could offer to libertarian. A small government is the EXACT POINT of being a libertarian.

How about kindness, tolerance, equal rights? These concepts can go straight through the window.
Oh. don't forget that whatever the "government" decides was decided by "the people" so these two concepts are poluted.
How long of a new dictionary do you want to create? It's easier to ruin a word, then to spread knowledge of a new one. And while I usually am for fighting indirectly, this is unwinnable. You have to start FIXING these words. Look a troon in the face and say their gender. Look at marxist and say, So you're a marxist. Why was that one so hard so say?
