@beardalaxy It seems to be a browser-based RPG engine. I guess it's probably easier to use than RPG Maker. It kind of reminds me of the versions of RPG Maker for consoles.
I use to mess around with these browser-based game makers all the time as a kid. They didn't offer that much customization. Sploder was the one I used the most. It didn't even have customizable sprites, so it was just a glorified level editor.
