if you disable the crpyto stuff in brave it's pretty much just chromium with a built-in adblocker. it also randomizes your fingerprint, i'm not sure if there are any other browsers that do that. it's easily the best solution for someone that doesn't want to manually harden a firefox install and fuck around with all the flags.
