@xianc78 yes, but only if you do it right. A lot of vegans just forget about protein and/or fats completely.
@beardalaxy You can only get significant amounts of these nutrients from animals:
* vitamin B-12
* vitamin A (in its complete form),
* DHA (an essential fatty acid)
* creatine
* heme-iron
@xianc78 you could theoretically get those from supplements I guess. But let's be honest, none of us get all the vitamins and such that we're "supposed to have."
