I've heard that there's people who are asking people for their dox in private chats/DMs. Sometimes these people offer to send gifts to people in exchange for their names/addresses.
So like, don't do that.

That's fucking retarded.
Good people will actively ask to not have your dox - they will not want to be suspects in case you get doxxed.
If you're reading this, chances are one of your followers needs to be reminded of elementary opsec. Repost this.

@xianc78 @ceo_of_monoeye_dating A youtuber I watch had to stop doing those kinds of videos because someone sent him a package with a GPS tracker in it, so they could find his actual address
@galena @ceo_of_monoeye_dating It would be easier to name a Youtuber that hasn't been address doxed at this point. Though mostly, it's from people recognizing local landmarks from their videos.
