@kerosene The Anbernic devices that run Android (such as the RG Cube) don't suffer from these problems, probably because Android is tried and true, unlike these custom Linux distros. I would recommend getting one of those, but the RG35XX Pro isn't one of them.
Tomorrow, I'm going to see if my RG35XX can boot using a different SD card and see if I can run bactocera (the best CFW from what I've heard) on it.
@kerosene And it turns out that I can only get the stock firmware to work, at least for now.

@kerosene get a ps vita or a psp instead, depending on how much power you want. if you want something like gamecube emulation i guess they won't work for you. i love my vita though it rules, and my old PSP got my through high school as like the ONLY device i used.
@beardalaxy @kerosene There are Android emulation devices that can emulate GameCube. The emulation devices that use Android are much more stable.
This device in particular is designed for GameCube and PS2 emulation, but I haven't tried it for myself.
