Reminder that Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (along with their LibreOffice/OpenOffice equivalents) all have the option to export to HTML, so if you own a website, you can host your documents their instead of using Google Docs.

@xianc78 so you're basically just trusting one cloud over another cloud, or banking on nobody breaking into your website hosted locally.
